Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vantage Pitch platform (“the Service”), operated by Vantage Pitch AB (“Vantage Pitch,” “we,” “us”), a company registered in Sweden.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Vantage Pitch is an AI-powered founder development platform. It guides early-stage startup founders through structured advisory modules that produce investor-ready pitch materials. The platform is provided to founders through accelerators and incubators that license the Service.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to conduct advisory sessions, generate research, evaluate pitch materials, and produce deliverables. All advisory interactions are with AI, not human advisors.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Access to the Service during the pilot phase requires an access code provided by your accelerator or by Vantage Pitch directly. Access codes are not transferable.

3. Intellectual property: your content

YOUR INPUTS BELONG TO YOU

Everything you upload, write, or say on this platform remains your intellectual property. Your pitch deck, your financial projections, your competitive analysis, your strategy: these are yours. We do not claim ownership of your inputs. We do not use individual founder inputs for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.

By using the Service, you grant Vantage Pitch a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.

You represent that you have the right to upload and share any content you provide to the platform, and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Intellectual property: our content

The Service, including its design, code, module structure, skill files, coaching frameworks, question banks, and brand materials, is the intellectual property of Vantage Pitch AB. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Deliverables generated by the Service (pitch decks, investor decks, appendix materials, one-pagers) are based on your inputs and are yours to use freely and without restriction for any business purpose. You do not need our permission to share them with investors, partners, or anyone else.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access another founder's data or account
  • Upload content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI system prompts, skill files, or proprietary frameworks
  • Use automated tools to interact with the Service (bots, scrapers, scripts)
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service

6. AI-generated content

The advisory content, research, coaching feedback, and deliverables produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. While we design the AI system to be accurate and useful, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing all deliverables before sharing them with investors or other parties. Vantage Pitch is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content.

NOTE

The AI system is designed using evidence-based frameworks sourced from published research, investor guidance, and accelerator best practices. Every rule and recommendation is traceable to a verified source. But AI output is a starting point for your materials, not a finished product. Your judgment is the final quality gate.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

During the pilot phase, support is provided directly by Vantage Pitch via email. Response times are best-effort and not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law:

  • Vantage Pitch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you or your accelerator paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for the actions, decisions, or outcomes of any investor, partner, or third party who receives your deliverables

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that AI-generated content will be accurate in all cases.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing privacy@vantagepitch.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. If we terminate your access, we will provide you with the opportunity to export your data before deletion, unless the termination is due to illegal activity.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved by the courts of Sweden.
